For the past three years, we've been writing an incredible story together—one filled with growth, friendships, confidence, and so many unforgettable memories.

In just 7 days, we'll be turning the page to our next chapter.

VIP Registration opens July 1st for our Summer Session families, giving them first access to classes before registration opens to the public.

But that's not the only thing happening on July 1st... 👀

For now, we'll keep the secret tucked between the pages a little longer. 📚✨

"Does my child have to audition for Performance Company?"

The answer is no. 💜

At Shine Your Light Academy of Dance, our Performance Company is open to all dancers who want more opportunities to perform and grow. We don't hold auditions, and we don't believe a child should have to "make the team" to have the chance to experience performing.
Some of our dancers join because they love being on stage. Some join because they're looking to build confidence. Some just want to spend more time dancing with their friends. All of those reasons are valid.

Our goal has never been to create an exclusive group. It's to create opportunities.

If your dancer is willing to learn, work hard, and be part of a team, there's a place for them here.

Performance Company dancers perform throughout the community, participate in special events, and create memories that often become some of their favorite parts of the dance season.

And for dancers who are interested in taking things a step further, every Performance Company member is given the opportunity to compete. Competition is never required, but the opportunity is available to any company dancer who would like to participate.

Because every child deserves the chance to shine—not just the ones who can win an audition.

This week, our dancers have stepped into a world of imagination, creativity, and movement as we began our summer journey through stories. From tiny dancers taking their first leaps to older dancers exploring new challenges, every class is helping bring our story to life.

The best part? It's not too late to join us!
We still have space in select classes and offer FREE trial classes for new dancers who would like to see what Shine Your Light Academy of Dance is all about.

As a thank you for spending your summer dancing with us, Summer Session families receive exclusive early access to register for the 2026-2027 season before registration opens to the public.

Classes are limited and some do fill quickly, so VIP registration gives our summer dancers the first opportunity to secure their spots for Season 4.

Every story begins with a single page.

Tomorrow, dancers will walk through our doors ready to begin a new part of their story filled with new friendships, new skills, new memories, and new opportunities to shine.

Whether this is your first dance class or your third summer with us, we're so excited to be part of your story.

As we begin our Summer Session, we are reminded that every dancer's journey is unique. Some chapters are about learning. Some are about growing. Some are about finding the confidence to step into the spotlight.

No matter where your story begins, we're honored to help you write the next page.

📖✨ Every Story Shows Growth ✨📖

For the past three years, the silhouettes in our logo have represented four dancers who have been part of the Shine Your Light Academy of Dance story.

As we prepare to begin Season 4, we wanted our logo to reflect something important: growth.

The dancers in our logo are still the same dancers who have represented our studio from the beginning. They've simply grown over the years—just as our studio has grown alongside them.

Our updated logo features new silhouettes and a refreshed design that better reflects where we are today while honoring where we started.

The faces may have changed. The placement may be different. But the heart behind it remains the same.

Because every page tells part of the story, and we're so grateful for every dancer, family, and memory that has helped write ours. 💜
