Okay… who wants to win one of these? 🥧🍎

Marsala's Market is donating these caramel apple pies as prizes for our Prize Walk at the Fall Festival & Chili Cook-off!

Never played? Think of it as an old-fashioned cake walk with a little musical chairs mixed in. Music plays as 20 participants walk around numbered spaces. When the music stops, everyone stops on a number. One number is randomly drawn — and whoever is standing on it wins that round’s prize! 🎁

🎟️ $5 = 1 entry | $20 = 5 entries
🕐 Prize Walk rounds run periodically from 1–3 PM
🎙️ John Carney from The BIG 550 KTRS joins us as celebrity guest emcee

❤️ 100% of Prize Walk proceeds benefit the Commons Foundation to help local families in need.

Limited advance tickets are available right now at Marsala’s Market in New Town or online at https://qr1.be/GD5ALV, with additional tickets available on the day at the festival.

Walk Local. Win Local. Give Local.

🎶 What an amazing evening Shire Lane Estate 🎶

We were absolutely thrilled to serve as the host venue for BobaQue's event, featuring live music by Just In Time.

A huge Happy Birthday and thank you to Chris Alexander and the BobaQue team for bringing their food service to our grounds. We also want to give a shoutout to our incredible The Commons - Shared Office & Event Space staff, as well as the City of St. Charles Police off-duty officers for helping keep the evening moving smoothly.

To all the guests who came out to support BobaQue's event: thank you! You were patient, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to host. Thanks to everyone working together, traffic and parking flowed smoothly, allowing hundreds of guests to enjoy a wonderful summer evening.

And to our neighbors—thank you for your support and understanding. We love being part of this community and look forward to welcoming more guest events to Shire Lane Estate soon!
