The post no body wants to see.
Smactrac is closed for good as the new owners of the building have officially found someone to rent the entire building.

We hoped it would turn out better or be able to come to a agreement with the owners but it did not work out.

Smactrac started in that building in 2007, it was run one year prior across the street but the current building is what made smactrac. That building has held national level events, it is the starting track of the JConcepts Inc INS series and will forever go down as one of the greatest tracks around.

Thank you to all the racers that came to smactrac over the years and especially anyone who came and raced with us in the last year.

We would love for everyone to comment on this post with any SmacTrac photos they have or any positive comments. Negative comments will be deleted.

Hey everyone!

we are sure a lot of people have seen that smactrac has been closed the last couple weeks, unfortunately a lot has changed with our smactrac team. Wesley has moved out of town and with that it has been hard for us to get down during the week to run practice nights, we both have a lot going on in life and SmacTrac unfortunately has been neglected.

We are making this post to put the word out there that. SMACTRAC IS FOR SALE!!

Message the smactrac page if your interested in purchasing. We do not want Smac to close, we took over smactrac on a spur of the moment just to make sure we had a track to race at, we still want to race but the track needs someone or a group that can put more time into it. Unfortunately if we do not find a buyer by the end of the month we will begin selling off the contents of smactrac.

Hey guys!
I know a lot of tracks got rain this weekend, we are seeing if there is any interest in a race/practice night tonight 7/2 or tomorrow 7/3

If we open tonight it would be open at 4pm
If we open tomorrow it would be open at 1pm

Comment on this post if we can get enough interest we will race or practice depending on how many cars we get!

NO RACING FRIDAY 6/30
Sorry for the short notice but there is a lot of work being done at the alley behind the track with ameren so the power has been on and off till they are done, not to mention it will be very hot and humid tomorrow.
