The Office of Events & Conferences at St. Bonaventure University provides a variety of services to help ensure the success of a wide range of on-campus and off-campus events. Our venues play host and are available to rent for meetings, conferences, lectures, banquets, socials, receptions and more. During the summer months we provide accommodations that range from single and double residence hall r

ooms as well as family-friendly townhouse suites, many with living spaces and even kitchens that are available to rent for travelers. Outstanding customer service, flexible catering options, free parking and Wi-Fi make the St. Bonaventure University event venues the most high-value, cost-effective choice in the beautiful Enchanted Mountains located in the southern tier of Western New York.

First, a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the amazing food & beverage vendors who joined us at St. Bonaventure University for our Midweek Munchies Summer Season!

We hope each vendor enjoyed their time on campus as much as we enjoyed having you! We know one thing for sure: our campus & local community members loved having you here! Thank you for bringing your great food, drinks, treats, and businesses to St. Bonaventure University this summer and helping make our Wednesdays a little more delicious!

And with that being said…

🍂 WHY STOP JUST BECAUSE SUMMER IS ENDING?! 🍂

As long as Mother Nature keeps giving us favorable Wednesdays, we’ve decided to keep Midweek Munchies rolling right into the beginning of our Fall Semester!

Several vendors have already signed on, but we still have openings, and we’d love to welcome returning favorites or meet new vendors!

👥 OPEN TO BOTH THE SBU CAMPUS COMMUNITY & THE PUBLIC!

🍴 FALL VENDOR OPENINGS:

• September 2 — OPEN
• September 9 — Ice cream vendor booked 🍦 | OPEN for a non-competing food or beverage vendor
• September 16 — Food vendor booked 🍔 | OPEN for a beverage vendor
• September 23 — Ice cream vendor booked 🍦 | OPEN for a non-competing food or beverage vendor
• September 30 — OPEN
• October 7 — Food vendor booked 🍴 | OPEN for a beverage vendor
• October 14 — OPEN
• October 21 — OPEN
• October 28 — Food vendor booked 🍴 | OPEN for a beverage vendor

We generally permit ONE vendor per Wednesday so participating businesses have the best chance of a successful visit. In some cases, we can accommodate two vendors when they complement one another; for example, one food vendor + one beverage vendor.

All St. Bonaventure graduates of the 2000s who register will receive one free drink coupon and complimentary food. The registration fee of $10 will be donated to the Fr. Dan Riley, ofm, Memorial Endowment Fund at Mt. Irenaeus.

All other SBU graduates and friends may register for $25 or more with proceeds to the Fr. Dan Riley Memorial Endowment Fund at the Mountain. Cash Bar and Wanakah Grill menu available.

I’m excited to be heading back to St. Bonaventure University for another event! Seven Mountains Media - is hosting an inaugural Mac & Cheese Festival on October 10th, and we’re inviting local businesses to be part of it! 🧀

We have some unique Featured Vendor & Event Sponsor opportunities available, including The Big Cheese, Exclusive Beer Garden, Tote Bag Sponsorship and People’s Choice Scorecard — giving businesses a chance to showcase their brand, connect with the community and reach listeners across our five local stations!
