There’s something pretty special about being in a room full of people who understand the heart, passion, challenges, and JOY that come with teaching dance and running a studio. 💜
I’m coming home from Julie Kay Mastermind’s Leadership League feeling incredibly grateful, inspired, and ready for the season ahead!
This year was extra special because I had the honor of serving on the Leadership League coaching staff—an opportunity that allowed me not only to learn and grow, but to pour into other studio owners, teachers, and leaders from across the country. What a full-circle moment. 🥹
One of the things I believe so strongly is that we have to continue investing—not just in our businesses, but in ourselves, our staff, our programs, and the people around us.
Every conversation, connection, new idea, laugh, and learning moment from this weekend comes home with me. It becomes part of how we continue to grow Soul 2 Sole, support our teachers, strengthen our programs, and create an even better experience for our dancers and families.
And getting to turn around and invest in OTHER studio owners and teachers along the way? That may be one of the biggest blessings of all. 💕
I’m incredibly thankful for Julie Kay Stallcup, for the community she has created, and for everything she continues to pour into the dance industry.
My cup is full, my notebook is even fuller 😂, and I’m heading into this new season feeling excited, refreshed, and ready.
Here’s to continuing to learn, lead, connect, grow, and pour it all back into the people we serve. 💜
Leadership League 2026 — what a gift. ⚾️✨

Now we want to hear yours…
What’s something you think is “kinda chic“ about being part of S2S.

Finish the sentence “Kinda Chic to_______” in the comments and we’ll post a picture on our story to go with it!

❤️ Growth is always possible.

Five years ago, I attended my very first Julie Kay Mastermind event with one simple goal—to become a better dance studio owner, teacher, and leader for the families who trust us each season.

Since then, this incredible community has challenged me, encouraged me, and helped me grow in ways I never imagined.

Last year, I was deeply honored to be recognized as Member of the Year—a moment I'll always be grateful for.

This year, I have the privilege of returning in a new role as a Mastermind Coach for Leadership League: Game On, Nashville! ⚾

It's a wonderful reminder that when you continue learning, invest in yourself, and are willing to step outside your comfort zone, growth has a way of opening doors you never expected.

Over the next few days, I'll be learning alongside some of the most inspiring dance studio owners from across the country, cheering on my Leadership League team, and soaking up ideas that I'll bring right back home to Soul 2 Sole.

Because that's what this is really about...

Growing so we can continue creating the very best experience possible for our dancers, our families, and our staff.

Thank you for allowing me to continue learning, leading, and serving this amazing studio community. I can't wait to bring back fresh ideas for Season 16!

⚾ See you soon, Nashville!
