Hepatectomy done. Seems like I get knocked down, start rebuilding... then knocked down again. Still working on getting some weight and strength back. Difficulty eating after the surgery certain doesn't help. Hopefully I can get back to eating good.

I've been doing a lot of different things. I've done some work at the Branch and been playing around with some restorations. I'll put some projects I've been working on. Hope you like. If you do give me a holler or share. If you don't we I guess just holler. Lol

Where we Started

I’ve always liked working with my hands, it seemed that taking, what I thought at the time was a simple piece of wood, and transforming it into some idea from my mind was somehow the most satisfying and relaxing thing I had ever done. When I was younger I used to watch my father work in his shop and over the years I stopped watching and stepped in to make my own projects. I learned over the years that a simple piece of wood doesn’t exist. Wood has its own life and that life shows in each grain pattern, each knot, and in each swirl. Being able to show the beauty of each is what I absolutely enjoy and is where my true passion lies. When I started Cottonwood Branch it was so I could relax doing something I loved, but it changed. Now I love to show people the real beauty of true solid wood. I hope that whatever we create for you becomes something special and will be passed on for generations.
