Boomers burned down on January 2, 2004. It was a sad day for my husband and I as well as a terrible loss for the town of Springport, our customers and friends. What a great time we all had. I so loved the bands as well as our DJ Tracy! We can't forget our good friend Fred Smith who did the best karaoke in Michigan he is truly missed. I can't forget to mention that as far as a Steak we had the best for 25 miles not counting the specials and our great "menu". We sure do miss everyone even those cute waitresses, each of you had your special one. They're all doing fine from what I hear. Well if we ever open another bar it will never be able to replace Boomers or any of you. Good luck & Take care...
