More than a microphone. One of the things we’ve learned over the years is that hosting isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room.

It’s about creating space for other voices to be heard.

It’s about reading the energy, connecting with people, and helping turn a gathering into an experience.

At the Mission-Rich Experience, Mz. Tash had the opportunity to do what she loves most—engage, encourage, and help bring people together around meaningful conversations.

While CMOP documented the event through photography and film, moments like these remind us that storytelling doesn’t only happen behind the camera.

Sometimes it begins with a microphone, a room full of people, and a willingness to connect.

Mz. Tash is a Hip-Hop MC, educator, and creative leader who brings depth, presence, and purpose into every space she enters.

As Co-Founder of Counted Me Out Productions and creator of No Ghostwriter Needed, she knows how to:

✔️ engage a room
✔️ move energy with intention

She’s performed on iconic stages, shared space with Hip-Hop legends, released projects rooted in healing and growth, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education.

That combination? It matters.

I learned from Lakia Brandenburg, one of the best emcees I’ve encountered, that an emcee isn’t just there to keep time — they are a strategic part of the experience.

A great emcee:
• sets the tone
• creates seamless flow
• maintains momentum
• keeps people engaged, present, and activated

And when an event is designed to be transformational, you can’t afford for the energy to feel flat or disconnected.

At the Mission-Rich™ Experience Live, we are not coming to sit and watch.

We will be engaged.
We will be energized.
We will be moving with intention.
