Milk stains on your shirts.

The smell of spit-up in your hair.

The idea of getting out of the house for a workout seems like some mirage or a fairytale someone told you.

All those feelings down there...

You know, the ones that feel like your insides are on your outsides.

The thought of jumping or running makes you cringe.

It won't be this way forever, promise.

Remember, the body & the mind take time to heal.

Be patient. Work the steps.

One foot in front of the other.

Feel like you're in quicksand? Ask for help sooner than later. You can get there alone but you can get there faster with help.
