Listen, Springfield definitely needs something like this. But In their 200 page report, they need 3 acres of land, the proposed space is less than 1 & 1/2 acres.

The projected site in this Generated Photo, is not adequate size to fit and the 200 page report states it will only work if they have a 400 room HOTEL ATTACHED. Here is City of Springfield’s website if you need a source to read.
