For all you golfers out there, we plan on having 2 top of the line simulators in the back of the building! You’ll be able to play real courses like Augusta!! Tag a friend you want to play a round with! (Pic is just an example but our will look very similar)

The progress videos we’ve been posting so far are over a year old! We’ve actually moved on to the “finishing“ stages in some areas of the building!!

ALL NEW! Electric, Plumbing, and HVAC!! Thanks to Nate Flemming and Jace the Ace of Velorossa Design, Mike Larson and team of Larson Plumbing, and Clonch/Segrest and teams for the HVAC. A lot of great people have put a lot of hard work into this project! Many thanks and more to come!!!

Part of the floor wasn’t salvageable so we got all new concrete laid! We’ve gotten so much incredible help from so many talented artisans during our renovation process!! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this project!!!

Chipping up the floor tile was just the beginning. Then we had to grind up the adhesive residue underneath!!
