Mountain Leather Design has brought in a beautiful selection of handcrafted leather bracelets, each with its own unique details and character.

Featured here are a hand-carved leather bracelet, a beautiful birch bark design, and a sweet child-sized dream catcher bracelet, along with several other one-of-a-kind styles.

Create something that opens like a book and unfolds like a sculpture! 📚✨

Join artist Deborah Stuart for an Easy Accordion Books Workshop at Gallery at the VAULT on Saturday, September 19 from 2–4 PM.

Learn two different ways to create these fun, versatile book structures using a wonderful assortment of papers and art materials. Accordion books can become keepsakes, gifts, hanging art, journals, and so much more.

No previous bookmaking experience is needed—just bring your creativity!

The work of Russell Porter is currently on view at Gallery at the VAULT in Springfield, Vermont.

I put together this little video to give you a glimpse of the exhibition and the remarkable work on display. Porter was an artist, engineer, architect, cartographer, amateur astronomer and Arctic explorer — an incredibly interesting Vermont figure with a fascinating story.

The exhibition runs through October 13, so if you’re in the Springfield area, stop in and see it in person.

✨ Coming to Gallery at the VAULT

Experience the beauty of Vermont wildlife through the lens of photographer Steve Costello in An Illusion of Proximity, on view August 5 – September 22.

Using long telephoto lenses and years of patience in the field, Costello captures intimate portraits of birds and wildlife that bring viewers remarkably close to nature—without disturbing the animals. His striking photographs invite us to slow down, observe, and develop a deeper appreciation for the wild creatures that share our world.

New work at Gallery at the VAULT!

We’re pleased to welcome new pottery by Jan Salstrom to the gallery.

Jan’s Shell Striped Platter features stoneware with colored clay inlay using Nerikomi, a technique that creates beautiful patterns by layering and combining different colored clays. The organic lines, subtle colors and hand-formed shapes make each piece truly one of a kind.

Stop in to see Jan’s newest work, along with the many other locally made pieces currently in the gallery.
