⚾🔥 THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! 🔥 🥎
The 56th Annual Mel Backus Memorial Tournament is almost here, and excitement is building across the Clark County!

🏆 7 Brackets�🥎 Baseball & Softball�👥 52 Teams�⚾ Up to 96 Games�📅 June 22nd – June 28th�📍 Ryman Fields, Shawnee Fields & Emmanuel Christian Field.

We’re putting the finishing touches on the tournament, and brackets are nearly ready to be released! Coaches, players, and families won’t have to wait much longer to see who they’ll be facing on opening day.
For over five decades, this tournament has brought together some of the best youth baseball and softball teams around, creating memories, friendships, and championship moments that last a lifetime. The 56th edition is shaping up to be another incredible week of competition!

Whether you’re playing, coaching, volunteering, or cheering from the stands, now is the time to start getting excited. The fields will soon be full, the crowd energy will be high, and another chapter of Mel Backus Tournament history is about to be written.

The NAAA Pitch In to Strike Out Hunger Food Drive Showdown officially starts TODAY and runs through June 14!

All NAAA teams are competing to collect non-perishable food items and monetary donations to help local families in need throughout our community.

⚾ Every food item donated = 1 Run
💰 Every $1 donated = 1.5 Runs

Bring your donations to Ryman Fields and help your team climb the leaderboard!

🥫 Most Needed Items:
• Canned fruits & vegetables
• Pasta, rice, and boxed meals
• Peanut butter
• Canned meats, soups, and stews
• Baby food & formula
• Granola bars and other snacks

🎁 The Top 2 Teams will win amazing prizes, including Cincinnati Reds tickets, Dayton Dragons tickets, and a pizza party!

Don’t forget — Northwestern Amateur Athletic Association Night with the Dayton Dragons is coming up on June 13th!

Grab your family, friends, and teammates and come enjoy an awesome night at the ballpark as we cheer on the Dayton Dragons together! 💙

🕖 First pitch is at 7:00 PM⚾ Players must be lined up and ready by 6:15 PM for the on-field parade👕 All players should wear their NAAA jerseys

Fall Ball Registration is open now through mid-July! ⚾️🥎
Fall Ball practices will begin in August and the season will run from September 12- October 25. Using results from our poll, our plan is to have games on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with a balanced schedule of 10-12 games for the season for each team.

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

From all of us at NAAA Baseball & Softball, we thank the heroes who gave us the freedom to enjoy moments like cheering from the stands, playing the game we love, and spending time with family and friends.

As we enjoy this Memorial Day, let us never forget the true meaning behind it.

Wishing all of our players, coaches, families, and supporters a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Reminder to come join us at the Pike Township "North Hampton" Memorial Day parade, Ohio today!
The parade starts at 3:00 but we will line up on the South end of town on North Hampton Road around 2:00. Wear your jerseys and bring some candy to join in the fun!
