With our 26-27 season beginning tomorrow, we have one more new teacher to announce. We are so excited to have Jessie join our team this year! Jessie is going to be an amazing addition and we can't wait to get started this week!
Jessie is thrilled to be joining Dreamz in Motion this year and share her love of dance and movement with the Dreamz family!
Jessie has been dancing for nearly 35 years and teaching for over 20. Jessie began dancing as a toddler, starting with ballet and later expanding to jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and pointe. She also
developed a passion for gymnastics in elementary school, which she enjoyed incorporating into her dance routines. By high school, she was assisting at local dance and gymnastics camps,
substituting at a nearby studio, and competing with her team — ultimately becoming Vermont state champions.
As an adult, Jessie fell in love with yoga and how naturally it complements dance. Jessie taught at the Dance Factory for seven years, leading classes in hip-hop, acro, ballet, yoga, and aerial yoga. She holds certifications in Acrobatic Arts Module 1, Aerial yoga, and Therapeutic yoga and is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
When she’s not dancing or practicing yoga, Jessie is usually in her garden or next-door enjoying time with her other favorite thing — dogs.
