Our first Guild meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, September 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the Creamery Board Room. A virtual attendance option will also be available, and the meeting link will be emailed to 2026-27 members on September 14. Attendance is encouraged but not required.

Happy Opening Night, Guild members! We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend for the exciting production of Beauty and the Beast🥀✨

We still have a few volunteer spots to fill to help make this weekend run smoothly for all. If you’re able to help, please check your email for the volunteer sign-up link.

The Springfield Ballet Guild will also be offering flower sales, boutique items, and concessions throughout the weekend. Your support helps fund our efforts for the dancers, the ballet, community outreach, and scholarship opportunities. Thank you for supporting the arts! 💐

Hello Guild Members,

We have had some cancellations today for crucial volunteer spots due to illness.

Can someone please help cover the Baby Mouse Group Leader position for this evening’s show? You would need to arrive at 6:00 on the third floor, female only please. This is a crucial spot that we must have filled. This volunteer commitment is from 6:00 PM until after all dancers in your group are picked up (shortly after end of show).

Guild Members & Ballet Families 📣‼️

Production week is here, and we still have critical volunteer needs that must be filled to help ensure a smooth production and, most importantly, the safety of our dancers.

Please reference your email for the specific volunteer positions, dates, and times where help is most urgently needed.

No previous experience is required! All volunteers receive clear instructions and support, and a volunteer orientation and theatre tour will be held this evening following the mandatory parent/performer meeting.
