Happy Opening Night, Guild members! We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend for the exciting production of Beauty and the Beast🥀✨

Hello Guild Members,

We have had some cancellations today for crucial volunteer spots due to illness.

Can someone please help cover the Baby Mouse Group Leader position for this evening’s show? You would need to arrive at 6:00 on the third floor, female only please. This is a crucial spot that we must have filled. This volunteer commitment is from 6:00 PM until after all dancers in your group are picked up (shortly after end of show).

Production week is here, and we still have critical volunteer needs that must be filled to help ensure a smooth production and, most importantly, the safety of our dancers.

Please reference your email for the specific volunteer positions, dates, and times where help is most urgently needed.

No previous experience is required! All volunteers receive clear instructions and support, and a volunteer orientation and theatre tour will be held this evening following the mandatory parent/performer meeting.

The Guild will be hosting Swap & Shop in the Creamery's Exhibition Hall on Monday, October 20 – Friday, October 24, 5pm-7pm each evening, and Saturday, October 25, 10am-12pm. They will sell gently worn dancewear, including leotards, leggings, skirts, and shoes. Most items will be priced at $5 each. Both cash and cards will be accepted.

New this year: S&S will offer a limited number of Capezio 1918W and 1918C seamed tights in Ballet Pink. This style meets the costume requirement for several roles in The Nutcracker. Tights are new in package and priced at $15 per pair. Limit of two pairs per dancer. First come, first served. The Guild is unable to reserve tights or sell them prior to the S&S event.

Please encourage your dancer to check the Lost & Found for any items they are missing. Lost & Found items that are not claimed before the event begins will be included in the sale.
