Specializing in repairs and custom commissions, Virginia Stained Glass has designed, constructed and installed memorial windows in numerous churches throughout Virginia. Craft shopping begins in earnest! Diane is in three shows soon! The first is Art on the Avenue! https://www.artontheavenue.org/ One day only, Saturday, October 7, 2023, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Art on the Avenue is held annually on the 1st Saturday in October on Mt. Vernon Avenue in the historic Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria Virginia. It is an award-winning regional, multicultural arts, crafts, food and music festival for the whole family. Join us online in 2020 for the holiday season

Diane is showing her finished pieces at the Artisans United Gallery! The gallery is located in The Packard Center in the center of the Hummer Road Park at 4022 Hummer Road, Annandale, VA. Hours are currently are 10AM to 4PM Tuesday to Saturday. With Mother's Day fast approaching this is a wonderful place to shop!

Thank You and Farewell!!!
Thanks for 26 years of your support! I can't believe it has been that long - some days it seems like just yesterday that we opened! We have had so many fun and crazy times. After teaching all these years I feel you are like family to me. I will miss you all very much!
I would also like to THANK my wonderful employees over the years!! You have made my job so much easier and immensely enjoyable. I can't thank you enough - and I promise in my next life I will be organized and know how to use the computer. We all have special talents and you know those were not two of mine!!
A special shout out to G'Ann for handling Facebook and the website all these years. And to Donna, my partner in crime - thanks for all the laughs and discussions!!

Everything Must Go! We're selling down to the bare walls and we've got a list of furniture and fixtures that must go!
Here's how we're going to do it:
1) Check the list here (click on the photo to see the whole list) or on the website, make your selection and call the shop to reserve your choice
2) Payment in full at the time you reserve your choice must be made to ensure the item is yours
3) Pick up will be scheduled in August closer to our last day
Important: When you pick up your item you (or someone with you) must be able to load your purchase into your vehicle! We are not able to assist with any loading of items sold.
Call the shop for pictures of any items you would like to reserve or call to make an appointment to view in person.
Appointments can be made Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Just went to my first class last night for intermediate glassers. I walked in with a pattern that I have committed to making but was really struggling with getting started on it. Jean worked with me throughout the class to redraw the pattern to make it more stained glass friendly. I now feel so much more sure of cutting that first piece of glass and getting this project done! Thank you so much, Virginia Stained Glass is a great place to take classes!
