“January creeps into to February which mutates toward March. There is a theory that obliterating Paul might have satisfied something but no, no. I’ve continued to have intensive dreams of VIVISEXION!”

Vivisexion is excited to be bringing her spooky Burlesque to The Monster Mashup - A Halloween Variety Show portraying Patrick Bateman to the song “Killing Spree”! ViVi is no stranger to the stage, having acted in multiple shows with Necrobroth Theatre and Queen City Shakespeare Company. She has also performed with several burlesque companies around town, including The Reveal Cabaret and The Cherry Bombs.

ViVi is excited to watch all of her spooky monster buddies take the stage! Horror burlesque is her favorite style to perform, so what better place to do it than at the Mashup?!

ViVi loves Halloween because you can have your tricks and treats while being scared and being scary!

Vivisexion has just obliterated her business rival, Paul Allen, and feels like continuing her night of destruction. Her annoying girlfriend and the weird guy at work keep getting in the way ☎️, but nothing is going to stop her KILLING SPREE!

The Prophecy has been foretold.. MERLIN will be at The Monster Mashup - A Halloween Variety Show

Steve Watt will be portraying Merlin, his alter ego, and revisitting that tiny, upstate hamlet of Sleepy Hollow! Bringing folks along to midnight on the road to the churchyard bridge but not QUITE alone!

Contrary to rumors, Steve did NOT personally know John Wilkes Booth, but he has been in the theatre world for quite a while. Comedy was and still is his first love. Which explains a lot about his love life. From old vaudeville acts, to deep psychological musings. He has attempted most roles with his own slightly offbeat style.

Steve is really looking forward to meeting up with the various monsters in this show to swap stories about the Witching Hours.
Halloween has always been his favorite holiday because, why else? He gets to reinvent himself in a different manner and nobody "bats" and eye! Oh, and candy!

Spooky Season has officially arrived, and you know what that means… It’s time to start planning your costume!

This isn’t just a regular variety show, it’s a Monster Mashup and you will feel like you are part of the party! Come dressed up and join in! Our cast of Monsters will be interacting with our audience members before the show and during intermission, so we want to see as many costumes in the crowd as possible at The Monster Mashup - A Halloween Variety Show!

What’s a Monster Mashup without at least one Monster Hunter??

Jen McBride has been doing local theatre for 16 years, which means she has spent a significant portion of her life pretending to be people she isn’t and making questionable decisions under stage lighting. She has appeared in numerous productions with Necrobroth Theatre and other local theatre groups.

Jen is excited to resurrect one of her favorite roles: “Buffy Summers” in a narrative musical performance “Twiferatu”. Jen portrayed Buffy for five years in A Class Act Productions’ parody show “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”. After years away from the role, she’s back with the attitude, the stake, and absolutely no intention of letting a little thing like a vampire apocalypse stop the show! And remember, if you see something creepy lurking in the audience on show night, Jen has been trained for this!

Halloween has always been Jen’s favorite holiday because it has everything she loves! Crisp fall weather, spooky vibes, dressing up, and most importantly…CANDY! Jen says: “There’s just something about October that feels a little more magical, a little more mischievous, and a whole lot more fun. Plus, it’s the one holiday where being a little weird is completely encouraged!”

As we prep and plan for our Halloween Variety Show, we can’t help but reminisce on our last production of Necrobroth Theatre Presents: “SANBIKI NO SARU” and “FACADE”

What an incredible amount of talent that went into bringing these two original “masked” horror stories to life. We are SO proud of the cast and crew who brought these strange, twisted stories to the stage.

If you came out to see these shows, thank you endlessly for supporting us, our artists, and original theatre. It truly means the world to us!

Now, back to planning our next descent into the void. 🦇

This past Friday, the Necrobroth Theatre production team and members had the chance to celebrate the grand opening of Biggs Downtown!

What Ethan and the entire Biggs team are building is something truly exciting! A space dedicated to live music, theatre, art, and community that’s helping breathe new life into downtown. We couldn’t be happier to be a part of it.

We are beyond excited to announce that Necrobroth Theatre’s upcoming 2027 season will be performed at Biggs Downtown!

This is a huge step for us, and we can’t wait to see what this new stage allows us to create. We are looking forward to bring some of our biggest and most ambitious productions to life alongside Ethan and the incredible team at Biggs.

A huge thank you to Ethan for reaching out and believing in what we do. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to share what’s coming next.

The Void has a new home!!

What a fantastic weekend of terror! Thank you to our amazing cast and crew of Sanbiki No Saru and Facade for two truly unforgettable shows.
