Light up Christmas trees are already coming out of the kiln, and they look amazing! 🎄🎨

We have TONS of Christmas trees you can paint, and many of them include light kits (some are plug ins and some are easy-bright battery powered bulbs!! And they all come with little colorful lights to stick in your tree)

All of these trees are over 12” tall and used our fake snow to add some winter whimsy ❄️

Who’s up for another round of FREE pottery??

We did a free pottery scavenger hunt last month to celebrate our 30th birthday, and you all loved it! So we’re doing it again!

We’re hiding over 100 MORE pieces of pottery around Sequiota Park and Nathanael Greene Park.

And the best part? You can bring them in to paint for FREE!

The hunt begins at 10:30am on SUNDAY 10/25!

Please read some important info below if you plan on coming to the hunt ⬇️

🎨Please wait until 10:30am to start looking for pieces! Our staff will be out before hand placing pieces around the park, and we want to be fair to everyone participating.

🎨If you found a piece during last month’s scavenger hunt, please sit this one out. Last month the pieces went FAST! We want to give another chance to those who couldn’t make the last hunt or didn’t find any pieces.

🎨Free pieces CANNOT be painted on Saturdays. That’s our busiest day of the week, and revenue from Saturdays is how we make enough money to stay open. Thank you for respecting and understanding this rule!

🎨ONE piece per family, please! Pieces exceeding this limit will need to be relinquished or paid for at the time of painting. We want to share the pottery love with as many families as possible!

🎨Please refrain from gathering pieces for people who are not attending the scavenger hunt. If we see people collecting multiple pieces, we’ll ask that you put them back so people attending the hunt can participate.

🎨Pieces will be bubble wrapped and sealed in a ziploc bag! Look for the brightly colored paper when hunting 👀 Pieces will be a surprise until you open your scavenger hunt find! Please don’t unwrap pieces and then put them back. This can cause damage if pieces are wrapped incorrectly and left for someone else to find.

🎨If there’s rain in the forecast, we may need to postpone this event. Please check back here for updates!

Can you believe there’s only a few weekends left to paint fall pottery before we switch over to Christmas?? 🎄 🎨🎃

We’ve seen y’all asking about light-up Christmas trees and other holiday pieces! We actually keep a huge stock of holiday pottery (including Christmas trees and all our flat ornaments) all year round!

But we’ll flip over to Christmas (including a huge restock of ornaments, light up trees, and fan fave pieces) here in just a few weeks 😱🤯

In the meantime, we’re fall lovers to our core, and we’re soaking up every moment of cozy (and spooky) time we can!

Specialty glaze pumpkins vs Regular glaze pumpkins 🎃🎨

Which one is your fave??

Our specialty and regular glazes work a bit differently!

The specialty glazes are great for creating a multidimensional effect, and have that “traditional” pottery feel (but you can use them in a variety of untraditional ways!)

The regular glazes have brighter color options and are great for when you want more details like writing, dots, or fine lines.

Whichever one you choose, your piece is going to look amazing!

Same dragon stein painted 2 different ways! Both are amazing!!

The first one used our regular glazes, these are brighter colors that we dip in a clear glaze to make shiny.

The second one used our specialty glazes. These have a range of different finishes from matte to glossy to metallic and are often more muted in tone with a multidimensional effect.

Both types of glazes can be used in so many different ways to produce incredible results!
