Last year we were so excited to open a family friendly place for all of Springfield to enjoy. Unfortunately we hired the wrong person and the contractor we hired to make our dream a reality never did the work for us. Not only did he not do the work but he also stole $11,000 from us. We have been fighting with him for almost a year to return the money to us so that we could open. Out of $11,000 he has returned $2000. Last month we took him to court and won our case. However he has still not paid us the remaining monies. Due to this our dream has been ruined and we are not able to open this business that we have been so excited for. Thank you for all of your support and patience. We will continue to take this man to court to obtain our money. It is people like him who ruin small businesses. Any advice beyond taking him to small claims court would be appreciated!
