🚨SCAM WARNING – PLEASE READ & SHARE🚨

We had someone come into OutKast Tattoo Studio last night believing they had a scheduled tattoo appointment with an artist we’ve never heard of. They told us they paid a deposit through Apple Pay after messaging someone on social media… only to arrive here and realize there was no appointment. The scammer had already blocked them, and unfortunately their money was gone.

This is NOT the first time this has happened, and it’s becoming more common. These scammers are:
❌ Creating fake artist profiles
❌ Stealing tattoo photos
❌ Taking non-refundable deposits through apps
❌ Sending clients to real shops (like ours) to make it seem legit

⚠️ **IMPORTANT REMINDER**
OutKast Tattoo Studio will **NEVER** take deposits through social media messages or through any money transfer payment apps like Cash App or Apple Pay.

✅ Always book with us directly
✅ Call or visit the shop to confirm appointments
✅ Speak with a real artist or staff member
✅ Do your research before sending ANY money

We hate seeing people get taken advantage of, and while we can’t stop scammers, we can help spread awareness.

Please be careful, double-check everything, and don’t send money unless you are 100% sure you’re dealing with a legitimate artist or business.
