Spirit Mountain Community Fund Industrial Source

Spring is showing up in the best way—and so is progress at Arc Park!

Thanks to the warmer, drier weather, we’ve officially been able to pour the concrete for our half basketball court! This is a huge milestone, and we can already picture the laughter, games, and connections that will happen here for years to come.

A heartfelt thank you to Spirit Mountain Casino for funding the concrete court, and to Industrial Source for generously providing the adjustable hoop. This feature will make the court accessible and fun for children of all ages and abilities—creating endless play opportunities.

We can’t wait to see this space come to life!

Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians

We’re grateful for this incredible support!

The Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation has awarded a $9,500 grant to The Arc Lane County to help bring HealthBeat® outdoor fitness equipment to the Arc Park—an accessible and inclusive community park currently under construction in Springfield.

This equipment will be installed during the park’s final phase and is designed for people of all ages and abilities. It will allow parents and caregivers to stay active while children play nearby and provide youth and adults with disabilities a welcoming space to build strength, mobility, and overall wellness—outside of traditional gym settings.

Thank you, Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation, for investing in inclusive spaces that support health, connection, and community for everyone.

More exciting things have been taking shape inside the Arc Park.

The cement truck returned, and the crew began pouring sections of the sidewalk that will wind through the final phase of the park. And, the finishing touches are being added to the new picnic pavilion. Isn't it pretty?

It's exciting to see the excavators and front-end loaders back at the Arc Park!

These big dawgs are clearing the land and spreading gravel to make way for the last phase of the park.

The picnic pavilion and main entrance gate will be installed soon, marking the near completion of the second phase of construction.
