A little peek into one of the many things I’ve been sorting through as I unpack and organize my new studio space. 😅

I’m going through my stash of mixed-media scraps—painted canvas trimmings, cyanotype scraps, alcohol ink pieces, and all those little bits of collage paper that are just too good to throw away.

The smaller pieces are somewhat organized in Ziploc bags by color… somewhat. 😂

The larger pieces, however… well, you can see for yourself. Let’s just call that organized chaos.

My philosophy is that these scraps will eventually find their way into a collage or mixed-media piece. At least that’s the idea anyway! 😉

Now I just need to figure out a better way to organize the larger pieces.

Because apparently, saving scraps is the easy part. Figuring out where to put them is another story. 😂
