We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Kelley to the His Way Broadway teaching team! 🎶 A well respected local music educator and longtime HWB mom, she is now bringing her experience and love of music into the classroom teaching music theory classes on Thursday afternoons.

Mrs. Kelley has spent the past 14 years teaching with Children’s Music Academy and has recently stepped into an exciting new role as the owner of CMA. She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, where she earned degrees in Music and Sociology. During her time at MSSU, Kelley was actively involved in the university’s Chamber Choir, Concert Chorale, and Show Choir.

Music is only one part of Kelley’s busy life! She is also a dedicated homeschool mom and helps lead her homeschool co-op. She and her family have been part of the local homeschooling community for many years, and she has graduated three of her six sons.

We are incredibly grateful to have an instructor with Kelley’s heart for students investing in our His Way Broadway kids!

Looking back at our past productions of The Little Mermaid Jr. and Aladdin Jr. brings so many smiles. The friendships, and growth are memories we'll always treasure! Now, we can't wait to experience the magic all over again, with a different group of students ready to make these stories their own!

Audition Camp is designed to help students walk into auditions with confidence. We'll cover audition material, provide coaching in monologues, vocals, and choreography, and share tips to help every student do their very best!!

We are so excited to expand our program beyond Fridays and offer Thursday Enrichment Classes this fall!

Whether your child dreams of performing on stage or simply wants to build confidence, creativity, and musical skills, these classes are designed to help them grow in a fun, encouraging, Christ-centered environment.

The best part? You do not have to be enrolled in our Friday program to participate! Thursday classes are open to any student who wants to develop their skills in music, acting, and the performing arts.

From beginners to experienced performers, there's something for everyone. We can't wait to see students discover new talents, build friendships, and continue growing week after week!!

Thursday Class Schedule

Introduction to Music Theory with Mrs. Kelley Ages 8–12: 3:30–4:30 PM
Scene (acting for ages 14+) with Mr. Kevin 3:30–4:30 PM
Music Theory 1 with Mrs. Kelley (Ages 13+): 4:30-5:30 PM
Shine (acting for ages 10-13) with Mr. Kevin 4:30–5:30 PM
Dinner 5:30-6:00 PM
Voce (select choir audition required ages 13+) with Mrs. Tina 6:00-7:30 PM

**A registration fee of $65 applies to all students at His Way Broadway. Thursday afternoon and evening classes are a one time fee of $75 per student, per class. New registration and class fee is required each semester.
