Hey friends! Dani here. I’m excited to be offering our Creative Social [Distancing] Online Retreat again! I don’t often get to create needle felted sculptures, but it’s a technique that is always fun to revisit for me! I think you’ll really enjoy learning how to sculpt this wool succulent. It’s such a cute addition to a book shelf (or wool shelf 😜) or your desk. 🌱

Don’t forget, registration for our online reatreat is open through Tuesday May 4, and Goodie Boxes are limited. Your registration includes video courses from all five of us artists (, , , , ), and you can choose to have all the supplies shipped to your door.

I’m here to share with you that and I, , will be bringing you a 2 part workshop! We are so excited to share with you the fun of ink and watercolor florals!
I will be leading you through how to draw beautiful ink botanical illustrations in part 1. This virtual workshop will cover a variety of leaves, florals, fillers, and how to compose your own drawing!

Though we are so sad that we won’t get to share a day of making beautiful projects with you in person, we are glad that technology makes it possible for us to create video courses that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.

The Backstory

The Creative Social happened unintentionally. In early 2018, five artist friends were feeling the need to retreat and fill a couple days with creativity and art. We gathered at a home in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, toting art supplies, a little wine and loose plans for the weekend. Our goal was simply to create. To step out of our normal routine for a little extra space and to spend time with friends. But during the weekend, we did so much more. We had soulful conversations about life and business. We chatted until 2:00 in the morning. We connected. We walked away from the weekend feeling REJUVENATED. Not only did we make art, we made plans to recreate this escape and share it with you. We had so much fun, shared stories, gained new perspectives, and by the end, we knew we had to spread this invigorating feeling with as many people as possible.

We hope you can join us at the Creative Social Retreat! We will gather to nurture our creative sides and our desire to connect with fellow humans. There will be five different artist-led workshops, meaningful conversations, and a chance to make new friends.
