We are a small Pole & Aerial Studio offering Pole Dance Fitness (Intro, Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced), Lyra aka Aerial Hoop, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hammock Tricks, Flexibility, Chair Dance, Choreography, Parties (Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, We deliver real fitness results combined with a fun TWIST - making our form of fitness fun, safe, professional, tasteful, and effective. Flight Fitness is a fun, and effective alternative fitness and dance studio catering to EVERY ONE. Our Pole Dance Classes and full suite of other alternative fitness classes incorporate Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Cardio and dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self-confidence and overall fitness. BONUS - you will gain a ton of self confidence!!
