We are a small Pole & Aerial Studio offering Pole Dance Fitness (Intro, Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced), Lyra aka Aerial Hoop, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hammock Tricks, Flexibility, Chair Dance, Choreography, Parties (Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, We deliver real fitness results combined with a fun TWIST - making our form of fitness fun, safe, professional, tasteful, and effective. Twisted

Flight Fitness is a fun, and effective alternative fitness and dance studio catering to EVERY ONE. Our Pole Dance Classes and full suite of other alternative fitness classes incorporate Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Cardio and dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self-confidence and overall fitness. BONUS - you will gain a ton of self confidence!!

Today kicks off National LGBTQ Pride Month! This month we honor our Q***r history and those who fought for our rights, celebrate our milestones, and protest for the work we still have to do to be accepted.

Pride in Northwest Arkansas kicks off tomorrow with the Pride Out & About Happy Hour at The Momentary. Later this month we celebrate Siloam Springs Pride on June 11th. Celebrities Symone, Maddy Morphosis, Kornbread JetΓ©, and Joe Pacheco will be on the scene in Fayetteville at C4 Nightclub & Lounge and at Glitterville at George's Majestic. NWA will protest against current anti-trans legislation and discrimination during the 2022 NWA Trans March, and the 18th Annual NWA Pride Parade rolls down Dickson Street in Fayetteville at 5:00 p.m. on June 18th.
