The Workout Barre has one Barre studio for group classes and a private room for Personal Barre sessions. We have a locker room, shower, and changing room. Utilizing only the ballet barre and a few small props and dumbbells, our equipment-free format awakens stabilizing muscles that lie dormant when machines are used for training.
