Chef Tim Love is chef and owner of beloved Texas restaurants Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Woodshed Smokehouse, Queenie’s Steakhouse, and Love Shack, as well as the storied White Elephant Saloon. With restaurants spanning the nation from Seattle to Knoxville, Love’s roots remain in Texas. His Urban Western Cuisine style is influenced by the ingredients, traditions, and cultures that have been part of the West since the late 1800’s. Love also starred in CNBC’s Restaurant Startup, is a co-founder of the Austin Food & Wine Festival, and holds the title of Official Chef at Austin City Limits music festival.
