I sat back, observed, and took notes.

Leadership isn't just about holding a position or a title. True leaders inspire and teach through vision, while others leave behind unresolved challenges that speak louder than their words.

Here's what stood out to me:

1️⃣ Leadership is earned, not given by a title or role.

2️⃣ Authority without accountability creates shaky ground. Real leaders embrace responsibility for their actions.

3️⃣ Self-awareness isn't just a soft skill—it's the key difference between those who build up others and those who inadvertently undermine progress.

Leadership is about the impact you leave behind, not the directions you give.
