The Spring Lake Community House ~ A non-profit corporation is an over100-year-old building nestled in the center of beautiful Spring Lake, NJ. It houses a 350 seat Theatre where six Broadway quality productions are staged annually. It has been home to the best performing arts program for children in the area for thirty-five years. Task Force Pineapple presents: "Last Out: Elegy of a Green Beret" at the Spring Lake Theatre August 29, 7:30 PM and August 30, 2:00 PM.

Green Beret Danny Patton is a modern-day warrior fighting battles from tribal Afghanistan to his own living room. As the corrosive gears of war tear at his family, integrity, and soul, he is thrust into a final mission…one that reveals combat can be driven by vengeance or by love, depending on the price you’re willing to pay.

Last Out is a powerful one-act play drawn from the experiences of America’s longest war, told through heartfelt storytelling by a unique cast of combat veterans and military family members, exposing the unseen emotional and mental costs of war on our nation’s defenders and their families.

The Spring Lake Theatre proudly presents
Me and My Girl

SHOW SYNOPSIS
Bill Snibson, a wisecracking street vendor from the Lambeth section of London, is revealed to be the new Earl of Hareford – and his newly-discovered relatives are horrified. They attempt to educate Bill in their upper-crust ways and separate him from his cockney girlfriend Sally to turn him into the picture of aristocratic elegance. With a host of hilarious characters, witty one-liners and several toe-tapping, uplifting songs (including the famous “Lambeth Walk,”) Me and My Girl is a sublime and sunny treat for the whole family!

Thursday, May 21 at 7:30 PM
Friday, May 22 at 7:30 PM
Call-back by invitation only immediately following auditions Friday.
All auditions will be held at the Spring Lake Theatre | 300 Madison Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ 07762.

AUDITION FORMAT
Please prepare 16-24 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show.
Following the vocal audition, there will be a brief dance call. Feel free to bring a change of clothes, and bring tap shoes if you have tap experience! A tap call may be held (time permitting).
The roles of Bill and Sally have been precast. All other roles are open!
