A few updates for all of our customers.
1.If anyone is having internet issues you are not alone. Many providers, including AT&T and Comcast have announced reduced speeds and servicing during the Covid Pandemic, specifically in the last week or so. This also applies to cellular connections. Not everyone is affected, but if you are, we encourage you to contact your ISP and be understanding that networks are having issues.
2. We have gone back into extra covid precautions that affect our coverage area, scheduling, and amount of PPE our techs wear while on site.
3. To add to the above, we are all out in the field to assure safety and jobs are completed efficiently. We will reply as promptly as possible.
