Itā€™s officially time for Fall Minis!!

Iā€™ll be back in Wood River for THREE days this November, and I seriously cannot wait to photograph some familiar faces again. šŸ„¹

If youā€™ve worked with me before, you already knowā€”weā€™re not standing around awkwardly saying ā€œcheese.ā€ šŸ˜‚ Weā€™re moving. Playing. Snuggling. Chasing kids. Throwing leaves. Making each other laugh. And somewhere in the middle of all that chaos, Iā€™m capturing the stuff that actually feels like your family.

And YESSSSā€¦ the Client Closet is coming with me! šŸ™ŒšŸ¼

You don't have to figure out what everybody should wear by yourself. Once you're booked, we'll work on styling together, and you'll have access to my Client Closet, Styling Guide, Welcome Guide and all the things that make getting ready SO much easier.

Heyyyyy Illinois friends and family!! I'm looking to come to Illinois to do Sunflower Mini Sessions on Aug. 7th, 8th & 9th. Sessions will be 20 minutes (6-8pm). I am putting feelers out there before I make it official. The location is still to be determined (It'll be Eckerts Farm, Columbia Bottom Conservation in STL or a property in Godfrey). These are perfect for those needing senior photos or back to school photos of the kids. Who's interested?? šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Thereā€™s something about the way kids fit into their parentsā€™ arms that never stays the same for long.
One minute theyā€™re small enough to carry everywhereā€¦ and the next, theyā€™re climbing your shoulders and running toward the waves.

This season of life is loud, sandy, a little chaoticā€”and completely worth remembering.

Not the perfect poses.
Not the ā€œeveryone look at the cameraā€ moments.
But thisā€¦ the laughter, the squeezes, the way they reach for you without thinking.

Thereā€™s this really quiet part of pregnancy that I donā€™t think gets talked about enoughā€¦
where everything hasnā€™t changed yetā€”but you can feel that itā€™s about to.

Youā€™re still just the two of you. Still laughing the same way, still standing in the same places, still reaching for each other without thinkingā€¦

but thereā€™s this underlying awareness that life is about to shift in the biggest way.

And you can see it in moments like thisā€”
