A core warmer. Or a vest. Plaited knit fabric. Sport weight blue heather yarn with a DK weight in thistle to show predominantly on the purl face of the fabric. The lighter weight heather yarn allows the thistle to show through the knit stitches.

Winter Solstice. A new version of my EB diamond shirt. Merino wool in Chrome, NORO Sonata in dark gray, and a silk rayon blend in a slub spun multi color yarn. The diamond is a short row inset. Body fabric is a variation of 2 color skip stitch ( skip stitch for the hand knitters).
