Lots of fun coming up in November for my local peeps.

But first Halloween. Have you gotten your costume yet??

My kids do not wait and wear the costumes several times before the holiday even comes!

So excited for spooky season. 👻👻

“Once you face your fear, nothing is ever as hard as you think!” Olivia Newton-John

What is something you have been fearing lately?

As we enter into Fall season and spooky season remember to breathe and let go.

I have been fearing my middle daughter’s cognitive test results. We went to Salt Lake and it was a long hard day, but we did have some fun after.
I guess I fear that it is my fault that she is the way she, and I have always held that guilt from her being so premature.

Well this past Sunday is could not have been more perfect to start the sound meditation at 11:11 and end on 12:12 💜

I am so honored to be able to do what I do and help others feel better too!

Sound Healing will be forever a love of mine. The frequency and flow that comes through is just magical.

Next group meditation is November 15th. Hope to see more lovely faces.

The water flows through the gravity of Earth. It moves, pools, slows, deepens, and the sounds are magical.
Are you remembering to slow?
To rest?
To stop and take a breath?

I want you to take 1 minute today and take a deep breath and just be!

Flow paint pour art class coming up in a couple weeks
