Great events start with great food! Our resident chef, Chef Anthony, delivers every time.

Fresh ingredients, Texas‑inspired dishes, and menus tailored to your event make every bite part of the experience. Or we have some options to select from that are preset menus. However you want to make your guests happy, we are here to do the same.

This isn’t just catering…it’s ranch‑crafted cuisine.

Happy Grandparents Day to Sharon & Chuck Knibbe. They are the heart, history, and heritage behind Knibbe Ranch.

Their legacy is woven into every acre, every story, and every celebration held here. We’re grateful for the roots that were planted here so long ago that they continue to water!
