🎨🐑 What a wonderful Second Saturday Artist Meet, Greet & Demo!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a delightful afternoon with artist Theresa Hendrickson, who shared her creative process and demonstrated how she brings her adorable yoga sheep and other creatures to life. Guests enjoyed meeting Theresa, learning about her techniques, and getting an up-close look at the charm and personality that make her artwork so special.

We love providing opportunities for our community to connect with talented artists and experience their creativity firsthand. Thank you to Theresa and everyone who stopped by and made the event such a success!

As autumn settles over the lakes and our beloved loons head out for the season, you can still find their unmistakable Northwoods spirit at Arts in Hand Gallery.

There’s magic in the Northwoods after dark!

A shadow among the pines. A soft call through the trees. A pair of watchful eyes where you could have sworn there was nothing a moment ago.

Owls have a way of making the Wisconsin woods feel just a little more mysterious. Several species call Wisconsin home, including Great Horned, Barred, Northern Saw-whet and Eastern Screech Owls.

That same wild, wonderful spirit has found its way into the owl art at Arts in Hand Gallery. 🦉🎨

Big, beautiful, and absolutely impossible to ignore, Junior is an adorable fused-glass masterpiece created by Liz Alberg.

With his gorgeous layers of color, shimmering glass, and wonderfully rich texture, Junior is the kind of piece that makes you stop, smile, and take a closer look. Every detail catches the light a little differently, giving him a personality all his own.

He may be called Junior, but there’s nothing little about his presence. 💙

Once upon a moonless night in Paris, a mysterious artist packed her brushes, tucked a black cat beneath her arm, and disappeared into the fog.
For years, no one knew what became of her.
Until now.
Mademoiselle Masterpiece has surfaced in Spooner, and rumor has it she's searching for the perfect subject for her next masterpiece.
Perhaps that subject is... YOU. 👀

You'll find her lurking near Arts in Hand Gallery, paintbrush poised and palette ready, as our volunteers' delightfully spooky entry in the Scarecrow Contest for the Jack O' Lantern Festival, sponsored by the Spooner Chamber of Commerce.

🎨 Warning:
Do not make prolonged eye contact with the artist.
Do not touch the paintbrush.
Do not volunteer to have your portrait painted
BUT DO CAST YOUR VOTE FOR ARTS IN HAND GALLERY!
