I am a leader and facilitator of transformative processes that support people to live embodied lives physically, emotionally and mentally.

I’ve been teaching people to live their most healthy and creative lives for over 30 years, and I’d be delighted to work with you too. The work I do leads people to find their own answers to the questions they are asking. Each of us has the right recipe for our own lives. The requirement to discern the ingredients for that recipe is deep

listening. If ever there were a time to listen deeply within, it is now. I invite you to work with me and discover your own inner treasures and answers to your questions. What I offer...
Yoga and the creative process are the main modalities of my workshops and retreats. Yoga literally enlivens the physical plane and allows access to deeper energetic realms. The creative process teaches new ways of seeing, solving problems, using resources. It inherently asks you to let go of any “knowing” you think you have and invites you to look at life anew. Combined, these two modalities offer a powerful pathway to inner discoveries, inner confidence and authentic living.

So grateful for friends this season.
Mark and I met in ‘91 because of one of his paintings. It hung in Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and it was called Earth’s Alive. A small group of us were on a tour of the cathedral and the man leading it had us stop in front of this painting and sing the colors and dance the movement we felt from the painting!

Well, after looking at his painting for so long I decided I had to track down the artist who lived in Oakland. And that is how this friendship began.

You never know where a painting may lead you.
