Good times & great people at the NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair THIS FRIDAY (August 14th). 🥰

We’re all hurting, but we NEED moments of connection, community, beauty, creativity, and relief. Community won’t erase hardships, but coming together is how we make it through tough times. Now, more than ever, our warrior-vendors need your support! 🤝

Our goal for the August 14th NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair (and always), is for it to be a welcoming place where neighbors connect, local artists and small businesses are supported, and our community can gather to experience love, joy, connection, care, purpose, & belonging. ❤️

✅ FREE attendance for anyone displaced by fires.
🎟️ Event Raffles with 100% of proceeds directed to fire-relief organizations.
🎗️Many vendors offering discounts &/or donating a % of their booth-sales.

We want to rally our community, invite people in, offer support, create belonging, & encourage community participation! Community is MEDICINE & we’re so lucky to have you with us! 🙏💪

❤️ Spokane—over the past few days, we’ve been asking ourselves:

How can the NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair serve the community in the highest way?

We are all holding two truths at once—that people are hurting, and that they also need moments of connection, community, beauty, creativity, and relief.

Joy and grief can coexist. Community won’t erase hardships, but gathering together is how we make it through tough times. Community & connection matters now more than ever.

We paused, we reflected, we clarified our intentions.

Our goal for the August 14th NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair is for it to be a welcoming place where neighbors reconnect, local artists and small businesses are supported, and our community can gather with care and purpose.

We want to rally our community, use our platform, amplify resources, & direct attention toward people who need help. We want to open the door, invite people in, offer support, create belonging, & encourage community participation.

We’ve set aside some space for community members who’d like to offer a supportive activity, creative experience, healing service, or other community-centered offering on August 14th. If you have an idea, or way you’d like to get involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

When our community gathers, we always want it to be in a way that uplifts others. The best medicine is humility and collaboration—oneness.

What Spokane needs now, is love, sweet love.

Our hearts are hurting for our community and everyone who has been affected by the wildfires impacting our region. 💔

We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely, and the safety of our community will always come first.

If conditions allow the NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair to move forward on August 14th, we’d love for it to be a way our community can come together to support those affected.

We don’t have all the answers, but we know our community has big hearts & big ideas, so we’d love to hear your thoughts on ways we can help.

We’re exploring areas such as:
🧺 Hosting a donation drive for urgently needed supplies.
🎟️ Donating admission proceeds to wildfire relief.

If you know of specific needs, trusted organizations, or other ways the NIGHT MARKET community can make a meaningful difference, please share them in the comments.

We’re already witnessing that when communities come together, acts of kindness make BIG impacts.
