Get ready for a celebration to remember this Saturday with the SJO. You will hear pieces by talented musicians who have previously called the SJO home, such as Gunther Schuller and Bob Curnow. You will also get a blast from the past as Tom Molter and Dan Keberle share some new music with you on stage. We can't wait to open the season with this amazing concert.

The Spokane Jazz Orchestra formed in 1975 and grew out of a Gonzaga-based rehearsal band which had been meeting since ‘65 or ‘66. We have brought some giants of jazz to play with our orchestra including Dizzy Gillepsie, The Drifters and Ben E. King. We hope you will help us celebrate this milestone by coming to our performance on Saturday September 26th.
