Well, that's what I used to think. However, once I learned painting is a process - I was hooked! I started painting in 2009 - was hooked at the first class! My catch phrase is "What's Not to Paint?", so it leaves the door open to teach a variety of classes - because truly, what's not to paint? I teach classes in acrylic on canvas, glassware painting, exploring mixed media, art journaling for begin

ners, and fabric painting. I started exploring art journaling and mixed media to train myself to play and take risks. I absolutely love it! There is no right or wrong and I find that quite freeing. I love to encourage people to give themselves permission to play! I recently became a DecoArt Helping Artist and I’m excited for the opportunities it will bring! I've been married for 25 years, have 4 adult children, and 4 grand-blessings!
