Today is Sunday, and you know what that means? Today we dance!

What is ecstatic dance? It's like a moving meditation, but more. No steps to follow, no experience required and no judgment. Just human bodies on a dance floor with music to call out whatever has built up. We all find our own flow and and we let it all go. Together, separate. Whatever you need. It's always an experience!

🕒 3pm doors open at Patera, grab a beverage and settle in!
🕒 3:15ish, opening circle and music begins.
🕒 4:30ish dance ends with a closing circle.
