This is an awesome opportunity for our friends who are interested in musical theater!

This is open up to students grades k-9!

Audition Announcement for Frozen Jr., performing October 23- 25

Rehearsals are Monday-Thursday 5-7 pm.

TECH WEEK (OCTOBER 19-22) is mandatory for all cast and crew.

Please read carefully! Due to overwhelming interest as well as crazy turn out last season, we’re auditioning in the following manner:

Monday, August 17, 2026. 5pm - 7pm.
KINDERGARTEN- 2ND GRADE

Tuesday, August 18, 2026 5pm - 7pm
3RD GRADE - 6TH GRADE

Wednesday, August 19, 2026. 5pm - 7pm
7TH GRADE - 9TH GRADE

Age groups/grade groups must audition together. We cannot make exceptions.

Additionally,

1) PLEASE PREPARE 30 seconds of a song for your audition NOT from FROZEN. Bring sheet music with you for audition.

2) wear shoes appropriate for dancing. You will learn choreography at the audition as well.

3). Disclose ALL conflicts during production on your audition form. Bring those dates!

We’d like to wish a huge congratulations to the Spencerville Concert Choir and Treble Chorus for receiving Straight Superior ratings at State!

Our ensembles excelled across the board:

Concert Choir earned top marks in Class C.

Treble Chorus made Spencerville history as the first-ever treble ensemble to bring home a State Superior rating in Class B!

We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work and their musicianship. Your performance today was phenomenal. Go Bearcats!

We were thrilled to host Professor BK Riha from Tiffin University today! Our Varsity Singers worked alongside Professor Riha to professionally record two pieces which she will then mix and edit.

Stay tuned—these recordings will be available for streaming before the end of the school year.

We would like to thank the Education Foundation for sponsoring this incredible opportunity for our students.

Our Solo and Ensemble Event is Saturday!

This event is open to the public.

We are hosting this event for our Spencerville students at Spencerville High School. Students are to dress up for this event. Please no hoodies, sweat pants, or jeans.

All vocal events will held in Ms. Brenneman’s room, room number 502. Vocal ensembles will be held on the stage.

All instrumental events will be held in Ms. Purdy’s room, room number 501. Ensembles will be held on the stage.

Choir students may use the choir room for warm ups.

Any student singing in an ensemble should report to the choir room at 10 am.
