Youth Mutton Bustin' is coming to Flagfest Weekend on Saturday, June 13 at 12:30 PM in the Outdoor Arena!

This crowd-favorite event is free to watch, but riders are encouraged to register in advance.

This morning, the Clay County Fair & Events Center Staff and Board of Directors welcomed the Spencer Chamber Ambassadors to the fairgrounds for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and sneak peek of Phase One of the Grandstand Improvements Project.

The first phase of improvements included the removal of the previous speedway wall, leveling and repaving of the walkway in front of the grandstand, a complete renovation of the handicapped viewing booths, installation of a new speedway fence along the frontstretch, and several additional upgrades designed to enhance the grandstand experience.

These improvements represent a significant investment in the Clay County Fair Speedway, and we're grateful for the support and excitement shown throughout the project.

While crews continue to put the finishing touches on the facility, we're looking forward to welcoming race fans back to the speedway this weekend for the Midwest Enduro Championship 500 and showcasing the progress that's been made.

We can't wait to see you at the track!
