I'm looking for a few people to be "gamemasters" for events.
I'm not looking for ideas or games, I need people to run them.
What I need from a gamemaster: commitment & management.
A lot of folks want to help, and can offer a day or two here and there setting up or a few hours at the fest(and I'm grateful), but I need people to take over a game or two fully. That means, build the game and booth, staff the game and booth, make sure scheduled games are played. Make sure prizes are awarded and received by winners...etc.
We don't want you to spend all weekend in the game booth though either....so bring a friend or two if you can, and we'll provide some volunteers to help as well so nobody works too long at one time.
Basically I need a few people willing to put in some time before, during, and after the fest and truly take control of a game or two.
If you want to help but can't commit to being a gamemaster, no worries, they'll need help too...but wait for the announcement looking for volunteers to work the games once we find all our gamemasters.
Some other things to consider:
Not all games require booths.
Some games will be scheduled to run between bands, some on stage, some in the camp, etc.
There are lots of options for games to run from carnival style to game shows, to games that just go on throughout the weekend. We'll provide as much material support as possible, but if you have a game you want to bring...lets talk.
We're flexible but have some standards/plans in mind....if you have ideas though, we'll do what we can to make the ones that fit happen.
