🔥 $92,500. OUR BIGGEST YEAR EVER. 🔥
We are incredibly proud to announce that Hub City Hog Fest recently presented Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc. with a check for $92,500—by far the largest donation in the history of our festival.
Since the very first Hub City Hog Fest in 2013, our mission has been simple: bring our community together, have a whole lot of fun, eat some incredible BBQ, and raise as much money as possible for Mobile Meals.
This year, Spartanburg helped us take that mission to a whole new level.
To put it into perspective, last year’s donation was just over $50,000. This year: $92,500. An absolutely incredible leap—and a milestone we could not have reached without this community.
And this one means a little more.
Just days before Hog Fest, we discovered that our event trailer—along with thousands of dollars' worth of equipment we rely on to put on the festival—had been stolen.
It was a gut punch. But we said then that Spartanburg shows up.
And WOW… did you show up.
Our sponsors showed up. Our cook teams showed up. Our vendors, musicians, and volunteers showed up. Downtown Spartanburg showed up. And every single person who bought a wristband, Hog Bucks, a drink, sampled some BBQ, made a donation, or simply came out to support us helped make this possible.
Despite the setback, 2026 became the most successful Hub City Hog Fest we have ever had.
And at the end of the day, this is what Hog Fest is all about. ❤️
$92,500 for Mobile Meals of Spartanburg and the homebound neighbors they serve throughout our community. $92,500 provides more than 13,200 nutritious meals—enough to provide a full year of meals for more than 50 neighbors in Spartanburg County.

You helped turn what could have been one of our toughest years into our best year yet.
