It's hard to imagine that today marks 9 years since Caroline's passing. Her legacy of kindness, caring, and happiness echos through the bakery each and everyday and we are proud to carry on the traditions that she started here at Caroline's Cakes.
I consider myself extremely lucky to carry on the business that she started out of my parents basement and am grateful for the support of the most wonderful cake community of customers in the world. One of the hardest things for me to grapple with is that I will never get a new picture of Mom. However, I know there are a never ending number of stories from those who met her, knew her, or have experienced our cakes, so if you have a favorite Caroline story, please feel free to share it here in the comments.

I had a very special guest baker help make some caramel cakes today! Always fun to show my daughters the business that their grandmother started and built. There is so much family history at and I love passing on the traditions that I grew up with and sharing the amazing stories of their grandmother and her cake community!

Our ice cream, though, is made by a partner creamery in a facility that also processes nuts—and while it arrives to us completely sealed, that means it may carry a risk of trace cross-contact with nuts.
