Cheerful TCG is opening back up PSA Submissions through us at the store but we’re totally changing the process. So if you graded with us before the old process is gone. Things that will change are as follows.

-All submissions are done 1 on 1 by appointment and must be scheduled.
-No bulk submissions containing cards from multiple people. All bulk submissions must consist of 1 individual grading 20+ cards at one time. (Yes you can grade less rhann20 cards you can grade 1 card)
-All charges and fees will need to be paid at the time of card drop off.
-PSA grading fees will be as listed on their site and will be shown to you and you will decide which rate is best for you.
-Insurance is not optional, you will be required to add insurance covering the raw value of cards in your submission. This protects the grader as well as our Business from things beyond our control.
-All packages will ship same day and be packed during your appointment.
-All submissions will return back to the store we will keep a list of each individual who submits contact information and call you when the slab arrived back to us. (PSA will not allow us to alter the return shipping to any address other than the one linked to our account)
-Our fee will be as follows for our time, packing materials, and experience with submitting, packing, and shipping:

1-5 card submission, Grading fee + Shipping label + $5.00 per card service fee.

5-10 card submission, Grading fee + Shipping label + $6.00 per card service fee.

10-20 card submission, Grading fee + Shipping label + $7.00 per card service fee.

21+ card submission, Grading fee + Shipping label + $8.00 per card service fee.

The bulk submission rate for 20 cards is $22.99 + our $7.00 service fee puts the price to grade at $30 + the cost of your insured shipping label to PSA.

Please do not blow up myself or Jared’s with PMs. If you would like to make an appointment PLEASE STOP BY IN PERSON OR CALL THE STORE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

BE AWARE, if you’re impatient and cheap, PSA is NOT the grading service for you at the moment. They have high wait times and bulk submissions (the cheapest submission rate) is currently taking almost 1 year to come back. PSA is the ONLY grading service we offer, if you fail to read this and ask about anything explained here down below in the comments you will be ignored.

Guys unfortunately Cheerful TCG will remain CLOSED today 1/31/26 because of the inclimate weather. Trust us as business owners this is the last thing we ever want to do and we waited until we knew for sure that the roads would be unsafe before we made the decision. While we know some of you may have vehicles that can make it but we have to consider more than just our safety but the safety of our employees and our own families. We will keep you all updated throughout the weather process to confirm any future closures. We’re going to announce 1 day at a time, everyone stay safe and stay warm and as always be Cheerful!
