This Memorial Day, we remember those who gave everything in service to this country.

Music has always helped us reflect on and celebrate what unites us. Our upcoming season opens with two programs that do exactly that.

🇺🇸 American Heroes explores hope, resilience, and the American spirit with Bernstein’s powerful Chichester Psalms and Philip Glass’s Symphony No. 4, Heroes.

🎷 Red, White, and Shades of Blue celebrates the many sounds of America—from Ellington’s Black, Brown and Beige to Gershwin’s An American in Paris.

Our 2026–2027 season is on sale now. If you've subscribed before, renew THIS WEEK to keep your seats.

Join us Wednesday in the Barrett Room for our final Music Sandwiched In performance until the fall! To bid this season farewell, we have an extra special guest - Spartanburg Music Trail honoree Fayssoux McLean!

A Spartanburg native, Fayssoux built her career after meeting a young Emmylou Harris - and then lending her voice to Emmy’s iconic albums Pieces of the Sky and Quarter Moon in a Ten Cent Town.

Enjoy a free, laid-back 45-minute set—bring your lunch, take a break, and soak in some incredible music right in the middle of your day.
