Ten years ago, we were doing small local shows.
A folding table, a high school gym, a few products, and fingers crossed.
Today, we’re doing large-scale events with bigger crowds, tighter timelines, and booth fees that sometimes cost more than our first year in business.
A lot has changed over the last decade.
The scale is bigger. The stakes are higher. The prep is heavier.
What hasn’t changed is the work.
Every piece is still designed, made, finished, and packed by hand. The risk is still ours. And every show is still a gamble.
Growth is exciting.
It’s also complicated.
We’re proud of how far this business has come, and we’re constantly evaluating what growth looks like going forward.

2025 was... hard. In business and in life.
Hard in the way that forces you to look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re willing to keep carrying.

We learned some uncomfortable truths.
People love to say they support small business… until it costs more than a Temu cart.
They love small, local businesses when they’re looking for donations, gift baskets, or sponsorships… and somehow forget to shop with us the rest of the year.
Events are harder when a handcrafted business sets up next to mass-produced imports pretending to be the same thing.

So we’re changing how we move.
This next chapter is about recentering and growth.
