**What does *Where the Soul Meets the Sea* mean to you?**

Maybe it’s the hush of early morning on the marsh.
Maybe it’s the pull of a tide that feels almost like memory.
Maybe it’s weathered wood, working boats, salt air, family stories, loss, belonging, change, resilience, or the feeling of coming home to a place you can’t quite explain.

For this exhibition, the sea does **not** have to be literal.

We’re inviting artists to explore the places where **coastal beauty, Southern spirit, and the human soul meet** — through color, texture, movement, memory, symbolism, emotion, and story.

Think beyond the obvious seascape.

What does the coast carry for you?
What has the water witnessed?
What part of yourself appears when you stand at the edge of the sea?
What does Southport, the marsh, the harbor, the storm, the tide, or the horizon stir in you?

That is the heart of **Where the Soul Meets the Sea**.

Wow! What a week! Back to back workshops! Monday was Tree of Life and today was Resin Suncatchers!!! I'm beat but very happy. They were so much fun!!
