If a tornado scooped her
She’d land on her feet

Born the oldest child
She sheltered and raised siblings
No childhood found her

♥️

Simple elegance
No time for bu****it slinging
Down to business

♥️

Four children young
Before thirty three years old
Education bound

❤️

High school diploma
Determined fifty year old
Proud of my mama

❤️

Use your head she said
As I worked to make her proud
You blow my mind girl

Mom Dad Alaskans
Last frontier home in ‘64
Rebirth unfurls new

Mom died in my arms
Whispering love to our dad
Jesus calling her

I took her home then
Buried with her husband Art
Kasilof grounded
